Magnolia Care Center ~ A Veteran's Home~ is the only licensed private Veteran’s home in the State of Louisiana. The facility itself is a beautifully renovated building that stands on five acres of land. The facility can currently accommodate up to ten residents while plans are being made to accommodate twenty six total residents.
Magnolia Care Center ~ A Veteran's Home~ is an all male veteran facility. The gentlemen who live at Magnolia enjoy a very nice quality of life. Residents and their families agree that Magnolia Care Center ~ A Veteran's Home~ maintains an environment for the Veterans that’s as close to their own home environment as possible. Everything is done with the Veteran in mind.
Our facility is kept immaculately clean for the comfort and health of the Veterans. Our staff ensures that all aspects of day to day living are happy and pleasurable. Striving to ensure the very highest quality of life for our residents, Magnolia Care Center ~ A Veteran's Home~ offers private single, as well as double, occupancy rooms. All of the in-home care providers are extremely understanding, compassionate, experienced and licensed to care for our veterans. All have been thoroughly screened and have undergone extensive background checks, social security validation, and diligent reference checks.  Magnolia Care Center ~ A Veteran's Home~ is a Residential Veterans Personal Care Facility and Adult Day Care Center. Our goal is to help residents achieve the best quality of life possible. We understand that one solution does not fit every situation so taking the time to listen and learn about each of our resident’s needs and preferences is what we do. This enables us to tailor a care program that maximizes the resident’s independence and dignity.
Understandably, most residents prefer to stay in the familiar comfort of their own home. Magnolia Care Center ~ A Veteran's Home~ is a private care facility where the veterans live as if they were in their home.
We will provide 24-hour personal care service for the residents with the following conditions:
Alzheimer's, Arthritis, Bipolar Disorder, Blindness, Strokes, Parkinson's, Quadriplegia, Multiple Sclerosis, Head Injury, Spinal Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Dementia, Hypertension, MR-Mild, MR-Profound, & MR-Moderate.
